Gardens I have lived with over a number of years.<\/p>\n
Added in 2016 are the Coronation Crescent paintings, the two square paintings, 1000x1000mm, and the 1300x700mm are oil paintings. The smaller sketch is oils over a heavily textured surface. The other paintings were added to this site in 2012.<\/p>\n
The grey and blue drawings are about 1300x700mm, worked in series, one per day over a couple of weeks. They are mixed media – exterior wall paint, dark chesnut wood stain, household white emulsion, graphite, charcoal, pencil and chalk pastels. They were painted around 2003\/4. During the summer<\/p>\n
The two oil sketches are plum trees in the same garden.<\/p>\n
The others are views of the garden I live with now.
